Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product
or service that you have purchased through the Platform.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and shipping has been initiated, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
- Perishable items such as flowers or eatables cannot be cancelled once ordered.
Refunds & Replacements
- If the product delivered is of poor quality, the refund or replacement may be initiated once the claim is verified.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported to our customer service team within 3 days of receipt. The request will be reviewed and confirmed by the seller/merchant.
- If the product is not as described on the site or does not meet expectations, you must notify customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The team will take an appropriate decision after reviewing your complaint.
- Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
Refund Timelines
In case of any refunds approved by MANORMA ENTERPRISES, the refund will be
processed within 3 days of approval.
